3-Phase Motor Gate Drivers With Built-In Safety Features and Functional Safety Support

Our MCP802x family of 3-phase Brushless DC (BLDC) motor gate drivers with a power module contains three integrated half-bridge drivers and is capable of driving three external N-type Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor (NMOS)/NMOS transistor pairs. The three half-bridge drivers can deliver a peak output current of 0.5A at 12V for driving high-side and low-side NMOS MOSFET transistors. The MCP802x motor driver family of products features many built-in safety features and functional safety support.
